About This Role

We're seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our team as a Senior People and Culture Business Partner. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for supporting our media divisions, including broadcast, streaming, and publishing.

">

Your Key Responsibilities

">
">
* Partner with senior leaders to develop and embed strategies that inspire engagement, drive performance, and align with our strategic goals and values.
">
* Lead initiatives focused on shaping a high-performance, inclusive, and purpose-driven culture.
">
* Provide expert guidance on the people impacts of organisational redesign, restructures, and change programs.
">
* Co-design and deliver learning and development programs.
">
* Lead change initiatives and manage projects.
">
* Provide employment law advice and work with external legal counsel.
">
* Develop HR metrics and reports for presentation at Board and Executive levels.
">
">

You'll Thrive in This Role If:

">
">
* You have extensive experience as a HR Business Partner in fast-paced, complex environments.
">
* You've demonstrated experience negotiating with and influencing Executives and Senior Managers to deliver proactive and commercially focussed HR solutions.
">
* You possess solid knowledge of Australian employment law and experience advising management.
">
* You can develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with business goals.
">
* You possess strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
">
* You can manage multiple priorities, work independently, and deliver results in dynamic settings.
">
* You hold a tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or a related field.
">
* You've worked in unionised environments or with Award-covered employee groups.
">
