As part of our casual pool, you'll provide essential psychosocial support across various departments. You'll work alongside multidisciplinary teams to address complex social and emotional needs of patients and families during challenging times.
Key ResponsibilitiesAppointment to the role will be at the AHP1 or AHP2 classification, dependent on the level of experience.
Qualifications and EligibilityTo be eligible for this position, you must hold an appropriate degree or equivalent qualification which gives eligibility for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers.
About YouStrong communication and assessment skills, ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Integration of models of social work practice and skills into action, including writing timely comprehensive reports. Prepared to work in a fast‐paced environment across two NALHN public hospitals where workspace and resources are shared. Weekend work and public holiday day work will be required.
