About the role:
We are looking for an experienced project sales agent who knows how to close deals and build lasting relationships. Reporting to the Director, you will drive sales across sought-after residential land estates and play a key role in shaping the success of multiple key projects.
* Manage and qualify leads to convert to appointments
* Establish relationships with builders to generate sales/packages
* Prepare sales advice and coordinate deposit payments
* Negotiate sales and nurture buyers through exchange and settlement
* Collate price and market feedback reports for the developer

Experience required:
* NSW Class 2 real estate license
* Solid track record in land or off plan apartment sales
* Confident negotiator and relationship builder
* Self-driven, goal focused, and ready to perform
* Reliable car and valid driver's license
* Availability 5 days per week including Saturday and Sunday
Benefits:
* $70,000 + super + commissions
