About the Role
Our New Home Consultants are the driving force behind our success, guiding clients through the exciting journey of building their new home. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your sales expertise and passion for the building industry to help clients in the Hilltops Council region, particularly those looking to build on acreage.
You'll be working full-time from Tuesday to Saturday in our new office located in Young, NSW. This role involves:
- Consulting with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Presenting and customising home designs to suit individual requirements
- Guiding clients through the selection process for inclusions
- Preparing quotes
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout the entire building process

About You
- Passionate & Enthusiastic: You have a genuine interest in the new home building industry and are eager to help clients build their dream homes.
- Sales-Oriented: You enjoy interacting with people, building rapport, and guiding them through the sales process.
- Excellent Communicator: You have strong verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear and effective interactions with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
- Organised & Detail-Oriented: You can manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain accurate records.
- Tech-Savvy: You're comfortable using CRM systems and various online platforms.
- Valid Driver's Licence: You possess a current driver's licence.
- New Home Industry Experience (Advantageous): Prior experience as a New Home Consultant or in a similar role within the new home building industry is an advantage, but not essential.
