The Aquatic Operations Director will oversee the delivery of high-quality aquatic programs, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
This role involves leading a team to plan and organize lessons, supervising staff and programs, maintaining relationships with local clubs and schools, and identifying opportunities to maximize participation.
Key responsibilities include implementing the GOSwim program, adhering to business objectives, achieving set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), focusing on retention of schools, and managing projects.
This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and legal entitlement to work in Australia.
