Role Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our Operations team in a newly created role supporting the upcoming construction of a world-class sealants facility in South-West Sydney.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and review specifications, ensuring compliance with project requirements and coordinating design activities with other project disciplines.
2. Manage the instrumentation design aspects of the project.
3. Oversee the budget for electrical and instrumentation activities.
4. Identify and assess potential risks associated with electrical and instrumentation activities.
5. Collaborate with various project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
6. Maintain the quality of electrical and instrumentation work throughout the project.

Requirements
* You must be qualified in an Electrical, Instrumentation or Automation related field.
* You should have experience with large-scale industrial projects, particularly in automation, electrical and instrumentation.
* A strong background in decommissioning, design, implementation, and commissioning is essential.
* You will need excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Solid project management and people leadership skills are required.
* Familiarity with relevant Australian Standards and Codes is necessary.
* Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) for automated manufacturing processes is highly desirable.
