Job Summary
The Store Manager will be the ultimate Pandora ambassador, fully immersing themselves in our brand and culture while delivering exceptional customer experiences. The role offers the exciting opportunity to spend quality time on the sales floor, engaging with customers, and working alongside a team to drive sales. The Store Manager will coach and manage a team of Assistant Store Managers and Retail Assistants.
Responsibilities

* Partner with the Divisional Sales Manager and Human Resources to identify and resolve performance issues and policy violations.
* Utilise your skills across talent, brand, operations, and fan experience divisions, guaranteeing the timely implementation of visual merchandising directives, efficient operational processes, and continuous talent growth and development.
Qualifications
* Results‐oriented leadership with at least 3–5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high‐performance selling environment.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to charm and connect with people at all levels of the organisation.
* Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking that delivers positive results.
* A talent magnet skilled in recruiting, retaining, and developing exceptional teams, with experience in succession planning and internal mobility.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite, POS systems, and applicant‐tracking systems.
