About the Role
As a Practice Mentor, you will build nurturing, safe, and collaborative relationships with educators, families, and stakeholders. Your work will promote high-quality pedagogical practices and lifelong learning, ensuring the best outcomes for children in care.
What You’ll Bring
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
* Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (minimum).
* Proven leadership in delivering education and care under the National Quality Framework.
* Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and meet goals.
* Relationship-focused practice with excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
* Reflective approach to performance and mentoring.
* Proficiency in business-related IT tools.
* Understanding of the profit-for-purpose sector.
* Experience in children’s education and care services.
* Current First Aid certification.
* Current or willing to obtain Child Protection Training
* Ability to work independently and travel as needed.
Additional Requirements:
* Valid ‘C class’ driver’s licence and registered roadworthy vehicle.
* Current Suitability for Working with children check (blue card).
* Consent to National criminal history check
