Customer Success Specialist – Help Australians Achieve Financial Freedom

The Role

As a Customer Success Specialist, you'll guide clients through challenging financial situations with empathy and expertise. Using our in-house digital tools, you'll streamline onboarding, allowing you to focus on advocating for each client's wellbeing. Your responsibilities include:

* Connecting with Clients: Understand their financial situation and support them through debt relief options.
* Providing Guidance: Explain solutions and help clients make informed choices.
* Process-Driven Data Verification: Verify data against supporting documentation from customers, creditors, or third parties to prepare robust and compliant applications.
* Driving Results: Collaborate across teams to deliver seamless service and recognise when clients need additional support.

Who We're Looking For

You're ideal for this role if you have:

* Performance-Driven Experience: Background in achieving KPIs and targets in a results-focused environment. Experience in the debt management industry is ideal, though transferable experience in finance, insurance, or similar roles is a plus.
* Attention to Detail: Meticulous in verifying information and ensuring accuracy in all documentation.
* Strong Communication & Problem-Solving Skills: Clear, compassionate, and professional in every interaction.
* Empathy and Drive: Thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment where personalised solutions make a difference.
