We are looking for a HR Advisor to join our highly regarded HR team in Australia renowned for their supportive, high performing and collaborative culture. This role can be based in any of our office locations (Brisbane, Perth, Sydney or Melbourne).
As a valued team member, you will have the opportunity to experience the true meaning of business partnership. You will provide support to the HR Managers and business on all aspects of the employee lifecycle from recruitment, reward, learning and development, employee relations, performance management, engagement and retention. Key Qualifications
A degree in Human Resources or related field, or be studying towards your degree
At least 2+ years of hands-on generalist Human Resources experience (specialist experience in inclusion, reward or talent is also favourable)
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Confidence, professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment; resilience and the ability to balance multiple tasks and competing priorities efficiently
