- 256570Our Client is seeking a Digital Program Test Analyst to support their transition to new systems and processes.
This is a long-term contract with an initial duration of 12 months and a 6-month extension option. The role is located in Canberra, with on-site work required initially for a minimum of 4 days per week, reducing to 3 days per week later.
- Be responsible for testing various enterprise software solutions and digital technology platforms.
- Support the implementation of new systems and processes for staff across our client's organization.
- Deliver testing services in a fast-changing environment.
- Develop and execute test cases derived from detailed requirements.
- Manage defects within the product and work with key stakeholders to deliver accurate test results reports.
- Ensure each release of a solution is of high quality and meets the expectations of the business.
- Provide support to project stakeholders in adopting the change and performance of new systems.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Demonstrable experience developing test cases and supporting the resolution of identified test defects.
- Demonstrable experience working with Azure DevOps, Jira, and/or ALM.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- The ability to establish and maintain effective professional relationships.
- Commitment to providing quality service, including attention to detail and the ability to follow through tasks to completion.
- Demonstrated initiative, flexibility, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Experience in both waterfall and agile project delivery.
- Experience with vendor management for testing and quality results.
- 2-3 years of experience as a Test Analyst.
Preferred qualifications include tertiary qualifications or industry certifications and demonstrated knowledge of IT business and technology trends and developments. Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize work effort across several different projects and meet deadlines, are also desired.
