The role of the Network Infrastructure Specialist is crucial in delivering end-to-end installation of telecommunications networks.
About the Role:
* You will work independently to activate and assure telecommunications and technology products and services, ensuring excellent customer experiences.
* You will collaborate within a diverse team to achieve customer and commercial outcomes aligned with our strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver seamless service rectification and product installations, ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Maintain and install copper cables, including fault finding, jointing, jumpering, and networking.
* Manage fiber network technology and core network technology.
* Maintain and install customer premises equipment for consumer and business clients.
* Perform fault finding over copper networks, including rural or remote settings.
Qualifications:
* You must hold and maintain relevant licenses and qualifications, including a current driver's license.
* Mandatory qualifications include Certificate I & II in Telecommunications, Open cabling license, Traffic management qualifications, and White card.
