Are you looking for an opportunity to play a key role in supporting and managing stakeholder relationships and supporting the delivery of training programs across Tasmania?
Based out of our Registered Training Organisation (RTO) in Mornington, the Training and Authorisation Coordinator ensures the smooth and effective delivery of training programs across the state. This role also involves some intrastate travel to further enhance stakeholder relationships.
Key responsibilities include -
- Coordinate and schedule accredited and enterprise technical training for the contracted workforce supporting the NWTD project.
- Oversee financial and risk processes related to training delivery, including invoicing, procurement, and issue escalation.
- Maintaining accurate data, identifying gaps, and supporting decision making
- Act as the key liaison between the RTO/Training Centre, project teams, contractors, and internal stakeholders to support compliant training and authorisation outcomes.
- Working with stakeholders to action requests and resolve issues
- Updating systems, maintaining records and preparing documentation
- Manage training administration including LMS support, communications, inbox/calendar coordination and reporting, leveraging the ESI Competency Matrix to support compliance and evidence-based decision-making.
- Managing multiple tasks with attention to detail in a team environment
About you
You will have strong organisational and administrative skills coupled with the ability to work well in a team. Strong communications skills are essential, as you will work closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including contractors.
Our preferred candidate will ideally hold a Certificate IV in Business Administration, preferably with experience managing and administering training within an RTO.
Your knowledge of RTO standards and a demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and stakeholder management will be highly valued.
