About the Role
We are seeking a talented Change and Transformation Lead to join our team, who will drive the adoption and support the change implementation of programs and projects. They will optimise the delivery of safe and integrated clinical ICT systems into healthcare.
This role involves working with various stakeholders to ensure high-quality artifacts and certified change practices are embedded into the program and projects being delivered.
The successful candidate will also support the development of a centre of excellence for change management, ensuring that best practices are shared across the organisation.

These teams of highly skilled individuals from key ICT disciplines are deployed into programs and projects, supporting the delivery of high-quality services into hospitals, clinics and other healthcare settings.
We have flexible working arrangements in place, including working from home and/or in one of our offices.
About You
* You are a collaborative and experienced leader with a successful track record in leading large-scale change management programs/projects in complex customer-centric organisations.
* You have experience in gathering requirements, developing and implementing change management plans, communication plans and business readiness activities.
* You possess strong influencing skills, able to build and maintain effective relationships with various stakeholders, both internal and external, across all levels of an organisation.
* You can work under pressure, maintaining a high standard of work while navigating competing deadlines and priorities.
* You are a team player with a can-do attitude, able to remain composed and calm in unpredictable environments.
