* As a seasoned Key Account Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction across our vast agricultural product range.
* Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, your primary responsibility will be to manage sales and inventory of a diverse array of products and services, including animal health, ag chem, and other general agricultural merchandise.
* You will work closely with store management and sales teams to provide expert support in areas such as stock takes, retail operations improvements, on-farm meetings, technical information, and mentoring to foster improved performance.
* Utilizing your analytical skills, you will analyze market trends, climatic conditions, and seasonal factors to ensure we remain the first choice for rural customers in the region.
* Key Skills:
o Experience in pricing and margin management, coupled with a proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective category development.
o Excellent networking and business development skills to identify opportunities for growth.
o Strong interpersonal skills to build long-term relationships with customers and key internal stakeholders.
o Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
o Proficiency in SAP ERP and strong MS Excel skills for reporting.
