Facilities Coordinator Role Overview
About the Role
This position is responsible for providing customer-related support and service to enable onsite delivery staff to effectively deliver facility management services.
* Assist onsite staff with operational activities
* Provide administrative support to the site team
* Support broader regional facilities and asset management programs
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Overseeing contractors delivering property and facilities services
* Allocating work received from various sources to contracted service providers and in-house team members
* Performing facilities and asset management services, minor maintenance, and repairs as required
* Maintaining database records, logging, and tracking jobs using Corrigo
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience in Facilities Administration/Coordination
* Supervising in-house and/or external contracted services
* A customer-oriented attitude and ability to work well with others
* Demonstrated experience assessing maintenance and repairs work requirements
* Knowledge of utilizing computerized systems to support administration and work management activities
