We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Worker to provide exceptional in-home care and support to clients across the area of Western Australia.
As a Personal Care Worker, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive and positive environment where you can grow, share your knowledge, and truly make a difference in the lives of our clients.
You will be responsible for providing personal care and assisting with daily activities, following the Client Care Plan. You will work closely with Registered Nurses to deliver client-specific care, including personal hygiene, toileting, nutrition, mobility, and more.
You will identify client care needs and work collaboratively with the client's care team to ensure high-quality, holistic care. You will communicate effectively with clients, their families, and team members. You will also support clients with light housekeeping duties to promote independence, including laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation.
Responsibilities:
* Provide personal care and assist with daily activities, following the Client Care Plan
* Work closely with Registered Nurses to deliver client-specific care
* Identify client care needs and work collaboratively with the client's care team
* Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and team members
* Support clients with light housekeeping duties to promote independence
Qualifications:
* Cert III in Aged Care/Disability (or equivalent)
* Current Senior First Aid, CPR, and Manual Handling
* A roadworthy and insured vehicle with a current driver's licence
* NDIS Screening (or willingness to get)
