At Bidgerdii Community Health Service, we are seeking a motivated and experienced HRM Coordinator to lead the delivery of Human Resources and Workplace Health and Safety functions across our multi-site health service.
The successful candidate will report to the Corporate Services Manager and play a key role in shaping the future of our organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for a values-driven individual who is passionate about contributing to better outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
Requirements:
* A tertiary qualification (Certificate IV or Diploma level minimum) in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
* A minimum of 3 years experience in an HR or WHS coordination role
