About the Role
* We are seeking an exceptional Project Manager to oversee commercial construction from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities
* Understand each project is unique and commit to delivering quality outcomes that meet client needs.
* Manage the entire design process, including developing performance briefs and concept designs through to construction documents.
* Oversee the project cost plan, to detailed estimates, through to project trade budgets.
* A proven track record for completing quality projects on time and to budget.
* Exceptional skills in subcontractor management, accompanied by a strong knowledge of commercial contracts.
Requirements
* Experience in construction project management, specifically multi-level construction.
* Capability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
* Advanced level knowledge of computerised job costing or project management software.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
