Responsibilities
* Provide safe and comfortable transport services for residents to local areas.
* Drive the bus, assist residents of varying abilities on and off the vehicle.
* Maintain accurate records and logs for the bus.
* Clean the bus as required.
* Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation standards.
Qualifications
* Current Victorian driving licence (LR/MR/HR).
* Current Driver Certificate (Safe Transport Victoria).
* Pass a pre‑employment physical examination and medical history check.
* Australian work rights.
* Experience driving a bus (essential).
* Experience in aged care or community work (preferable).
* Manual handling experience.
* Safe driving record.
* Availability and reliability to commit to required shifts.
* Strong communication skills with residents, families and staff.
* Strong passion for working with the elderly.
Applicants must complete a National Police Check and may need an NDIS Worker Screen.
