This role will manage the development of all organic social media content for Mini Masterminds and two smaller businesses predominately across facebook, Instagram and Linked In. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Social Media Manager to evolve our social media presence. This role is a 3 month contract and could be extended.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify topics and the creation of the monthly social media calendar to produce engaging content to inspire enrolments and recruitment.
- Ensure our social media content brings our brand values to life and differentiates Mini Masterminds from our competitors.
- Liaise with the Mini Masterminds Centre Directors for content displaying the activities and events at each centre.
- Increase the followers across Mini Masterminds boosting posts to build awareness and reach.
- Monitor competitor activity across our social media platforms.
- Keep up to date with the childcare industry trends to identify interesting and relevant topics.
- Manage social media community engagement.
- Monthly reporting on our social media metrics drawing insights for future activity.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in a similar role covering social media and content generation.
- confident communicator with excellent verbal, written and presentation skill
