The role is based in our
Palm Beach
office with convenient access to great coffee, juices, and lunch which can be enjoyed beachside every day
You must be honest and transparent, an excellent communicator, negotiator and be very organised. You need to be quick with IT and systems. You will have a friendly, positive and hardworking attitude, be resilient and hopefully have a good sense of humour (because we all know the job can be challenging at times). You must be reliable and dependable, a team player that is approachable.
In this role, you will work closely with the Property Managers.

Responsibilities
Assisting with arrears management
Assisting with lease renewal management
Assisting with property maintenance
Liaising with tenants
Assisting with property exits and entries
Handling tenant inquiries and issues promptly and professionally
Coordinating with contractors and suppliers for property repairs and maintenance, keys and other issues that may arise.
