With a Senior Property Manager in place to help with the trickier issues that may come up and back-end trust accounting assistance with support. Property Condition Reports are outsourced on your behalf to allow your focus to be where you need it.
Also included is a company car, fuel, car maintenance and of course a phone will be provided. Renumeration will be discussed based on experience. We are looking for the right person to join the our team and have opportunities in both Residential Leasing and Property Management roles.
The successful applicant will manage a portfolio of roughly 90 properties and have a minimum of 1 to 2 Years experience as a Property Manager.
As we continue to grow, we are seeking someone who is excited about the opportunity to develop and grow within our amazing team.
What you would be doing:
* Liaising with landlords and tenants
* Attending to routine and emergency maintenance as required
* Performing routine/periodic inspections according to legislation and providing reports to the landlord
* Maintenance issues
* Regular rent reviews + organising lease renewals
* Keeping our Landlords and Tenants happy
What we are looking for:
* Exceptional attention to detail, excellent administration skills
* Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment as well as providing support to other members of the property management team
* Driver's Licence and own car
* Police Clearance & PM Licence
* To be able to work occasional Saturdays
* Must be 18 years or over
