The role
We provide full training (including Telstra systems), so whether you're experienced or recent to the industry, you'll have everything you need to succeed.
What you'll do
- Assist customers with new connections and account management.
- Process invoices and resolve billing queries.
- Manage stock orders to ensure timely deliveries.
- Provide tailored advice and solutions.
What we're looking for
- Experience with Telstra systems (preferred, not required).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
