Requirements:
 * Senior leadership experience within the community services, disability, or health sectors.
 * Strong knowledge of NDIS, NIISQ, allied health delivery, and HSF compliance requirements.
 * Experience working under a governance framework with direct accountability to boards.
 * Highly developed skills in strategy, financial management, and organisational performance.
 * Outstanding interpersonal and communication capabilities.
 * Demonstrated success in leading transformation, cultural change, and continuous improvement.
