We're dedicated to powering the world's biggest social justice movements through our crowdfunding platform. Our mission is to amplify the impact of activists, grassroots organisations, and non-profits working tirelessly for a more just society.

Our platform has been instrumental in raising $150M+ across 35,000 campaigns in 23 countries, with support from esteemed backers like Blackbird Ventures & the Telstra Foundation.

From supporting the Wangan & Jagalingou Cultural Custodians' fight against Adani, to creating a space for Palestinian families and advocating for climate change action groups like Extinction Rebellion, we're committed to making a difference.

This part-time role requires 12 hours of work per week, spread across Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, with flexible timing to suit your needs.

The role is fully remote, with occasional travel opportunities.


Your Key Responsibilities

As our primary weekend contact, you'll provide timely and helpful support to campaigners and donors via email. You'll bridge the gap between our community and the wider team, ensuring a seamless experience.

* Assist campaigners and donors with campaign launches, donations, and tool navigation
* Share insights and feedback with Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams to drive customer-centric improvements
* Identify opportunities to enhance customer support interactions
* Maintain and update our knowledge base for easy access to current information
* Help maintain platform safety by identifying illegitimate campaigns


About This Opportunity

We're seeking someone with at least two years of customer support experience, who can communicate complex information clearly and friendly.

* Strong communication skills, backed by a passion for advocating better user experiences
* Highly organised and efficient, with the ability to prioritise effectively
* Growth mindset, willing to take calculated risks and learn from failures
* Passionate about social justice and supporting campaigners
