Clinical Governance Director

About the Role:
* Develop and implement governance frameworks to drive safe, patient-centered care.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance clinical education, quality improvement initiatives, and risk management practices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive Clinical Governance Framework.
* Provide expert advice on clinical programs, including palliative care, infection control, and dignity of risk.
* Oversee a multidisciplinary team of Case Managers and Nurse Educators, providing leadership and clinical oversight.
* Support complex care planning, conduct clinical assessments, and maintain competency of care staff.
Requirements:
* Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
* Minimum 5 years in a clinical governance, quality, or risk leadership role.
* Deep understanding of aged care and disability care frameworks (ACQS, NDIS).
