Centre Leadership Role
Our childcare facility seeks a highly skilled and experienced Centre Manager to oversee daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day centre activities
* Lead a team of staff members, including training, scheduling, and performance management
* Maintain open communication with families, staff, and other stakeholders
* Ensure compliance with NSW laws and regulations
Requirements
* Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching or ACECQA-approved Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education
* Previous experience as a Centre Manager or Assistant Director in Long Day Care settings is preferred
* A current First Aid Certificate, valid Working With Children Check, and CHCPRT025 certification are required
