The role is suited to an Associate who already understands how public markets operate and can
hit the ground running
. You'll work closely with an Associate Director and senior advisers on live mandates, delivering rigorous financial analysis, market-driven insights, and hands-on execution support across listed and private company transactions.
The Role:
* You'll be involved across the full lifecycle of corporate advisory engagements, with a strong emphasis on
public markets knowledge and execution
, including:
* Delivering high-quality financial analysis, valuations, and scenario modelling across M&A, capital raisings, IPOs, and strategic advisory mandates
* Analysing public company financials, trading performance, market disclosures, and peer group data to form clear, defensible commercial views
* Conducting detailed market, sector, and company research to support strategic recommendations and origination ideas
* Supporting end-to-end transaction execution, including due diligence, review of transaction documentation, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
* Preparing polished pitch decks, board papers, and client materials that clearly communicate complex ideas and market dynamics
* Contributing to business development through market monitoring, idea generation, and preparation for pitch meetings
* Working closely with senior advisers while maintaining professionalism, discretion, and high standards in all client interactions
About You:
* This role suits someone who is technically strong, commercially minded, and comfortable operating around senior stakeholders. You will bring:
* 3–5 years' experience in investment banking, transaction advisory, valuations, or corporate M&A law
* Clear exposure to public markets
, including listed company analysis, capital raisings, IPO processes, or market-facing advisory work
* A solid grounding in M&A execution and transaction environments
* Advanced financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills, with strong Excel and PowerPoint capability
* The ability to quickly synthesise large volumes of financial and market information into clear, actionable insights
* A polished communication style and confidence engaging with senior executives and boards
* Experience with FactSet or similar market data platforms (advantageous but not essential)
* High levels of integrity, professionalism, and discretion
