The site currently manufactures approximately 110 million litres of finished goods every year including The Juice Brothers, Daily Juice, Mildura and Zooper Dooper. Reporting to the Manager – Asset Care & Reliability, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and improving electrical and automation systems across the site. You’ll respond to breakdowns, perform preventative maintenance, and contribute to improvement initiatives—all while upholding high standards of safety, quality, and environmental care. The successful incumbent must be available to work the afternoon shift from 2 PM to 10 PM. Responsibilities Provide electrical maintenance support across the site Coach apprentices and team members in equipment use and maintenance Record tasks and manage spare parts in MEX Ensure all work meets engineering and food safety standards Support site initiatives like Focus Improvement, 5S, and teamwork About you A full electrical license, along with experience in a manufacturing environment PLC fault finding and SCADA knowledge (highly regarded) Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and P&IDs A collaborative team player who supports others and works well in dynamic environments Bega Group Story Bega Group is home to many trusted and iconic food and beverage brands.
