Delivery Manager – Data Projects We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of data and analytics initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering data projects while ensuring strong alignment between business stakeholders and technology teams. Key Responsibilities: Project Delivery & Governance Lead project planning, scope definition, scheduling, and execution across data initiatives Manage timelines, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and quality expectations Maintain project documentation, status reporting, and governance artefacts Facilitate Agile or hybrid delivery ceremonies where required Proactively identify delivery risks and resolve issues in collaboration with delivery teams Stakeholder Management Act as the primary point of contact for business and technology stakeholders Lead requirements discussions and ensure clarity on priorities and outcomes Provide structured weekly and monthly status updates to stakeholders and leadership Manage escalations and negotiate scope or timeline adjustments where required Build trusted relationships that enable collaborative and predictable delivery Cross-Team Coordination Track progress across key milestones including data preparation, analysis, reporting, and deployment Ensure alignment with internal delivery standards and governance frameworks Support UAT cycles, release planning, and deployment readiness activities About You: Experience & Qualifications 3 years’ experience in project delivery or program management roles Demonstrated experience delivering data, analytics, or reporting initiatives Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications are advantageous Technical & Domain Understanding (High-Level) Working knowledge of data concepts such as data flows, reporting, and data quality Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau Awareness of cloud or modern data platforms is beneficial but not essential Key Skills & Attributes Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional business and technical teams Excellent organisation, problem-solving, and prioritisation capabilities High level of ownership, attention to detail, and delivery accountability Comfortable operating in fast-paced, change-driven environments
