4. Managing general office tasks, including scanning, filing, and mail processing

5. Liaising with superannuation and insurance providers to obtain and submit necessary information

6. Ensuring all activities comply with internal procedures and regulatory compliance standards

7. Supporting the preparation and smooth delivery of financial advice through effective back-office coordination
