Your opportunity The Caseload Midwife (Clinical), Charleville Western Qld, practices autonomously within the multidisciplinary team to provide midwifery services within a rural/remote health service setting.
The Caseload Midwife is responsible for delivering direct midwifery care in an 'all risk' model whilst providing support and education to other team members.
The Caseload Midwife, in consultation with the Unit Manager, coordinates and provides continuity of midwifery care to a defined caseload of women, using primary health care principles and a problem-solving approach across the childbirth continuum.
