Job Title: Transformation Manager
As a Transformation Manager, you will lead the implementation of change management strategies to support the successful transition of teams and systems within our telecommunications sector. This role ensures minimal disruption to business operations, maximised adoption of new processes, and achievement of strategic goals.
* Create detailed plans outlining specific communication, engagement, training, and support activities to ensure a seamless transition.
* Develop and deliver clear communications to articulate the benefits, expectations, and impacts of change initiatives.
* Design and implement targeted training programs to equip teams with the necessary skills and knowledge for successful change adoption.
* Monitor change management activities and measure their effectiveness against defined objectives and KPIs.
* Establish clear, consistent, and effective communication strategies tailored to various stakeholder groups.
* Integrate risk management into all phases of change planning and implementation.
* Ensure alignment of change initiatives with strategic business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience implementing change management or transformation in a large or complex organisation.
* Certificate in change management methodologies (e.g. Prosci ADKAR).
* Expert understanding of change management frameworks and methodologies.
* Proficient in designing and implementing effective training and support programs.
* Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, Psychology, or similar discipline (desirable).
* Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate effective change transitions.
