If you're interested, here is what you need to know.- Full Time immediate start- Monday to Friday 8:30am to 7:00pm - no weekends!- Hybrid - working from home at the moment but may move to a hybrid working model where office attendance may be required. Office located at 212-214 Balaclava Rd Caulfield VIC.- WFH Tech is provided - You must have reliable internet connection and headset with microphone.
Key Responsibilities- Spearhead phone-based negotiations and collections of outstanding debts on behalf of clients with tenacity and skill.- Provide top-notch customer service by skillfully handling inquiries, complaints, and swiftly escalating priority issues when necessary.- Leverage keen judgment to seamlessly route calls to the appropriate resources, while meticulously documenting all customer interactions to meet SOPs and compliance requirements.- Set the bar high by maintaining an unwavering commitment to professionalism and quality guidelines, ensuring that every customer enjoys a memorable and satisfying experience.
