Nayyar Associates Pty Ltd At Robust Concrete, we are experiencing strong business growth and expansion across our operations. To support this growth, we are seeking an experienced and skilled Fleet Manager to join our team and oversee our transport and logistics operations at Yatala, QLD 4207.

Benefits Opportunity to join a growing and expanding business Supportive and professional work environment Competitive salary package based on experience Long-term career growth opportunities Task & responsibilities Oversee the procurement, maintenance, and servicing of transport vehicles, equipment, and fuel usage Plan, coordinate, and implement transport schedules to ensure timely delivery of materials and services Liaise with clients to understand requirements and provide advice on vehicle allocation, logistics solutions, and service expectations Manage orders, bookings, and dispatch operations efficiently Ensure all goods and materials are transported under conditions that maintain quality and safety standards Coordinate the collection and delivery of vehicles, equipment, and materials Maintain accurate business records, fleet logs, and prepare operational reports Oversee loading and unloading activities, ensuring compliance with operational procedures Ensure strict compliance with
Work Health & Safety (WHS) regulations and company policies Handle client queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner Qualification & experience A relevant qualification and at least 1–2 years of relevant work experience in a Fleet Manager, Transport Manager, or Logistics Coordinator role Demonstrated experience in managing fleet operations, vehicle maintenance, and transport scheduling, preferably within the construction, concrete, or heavy vehicle industry Proven ability to manage multiple vehicles, drivers, and logistics operations efficiently in a fast-paced environment Experience in maintaining operational records, reports, and fleet management systems Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise with clients, drivers, and internal teams Strong understanding of Work Health & Safety (WHS) regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment Ability to problem-solve, prioritise tasks, and make operational decisions under pressure Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fleet/logistics management software systems About Company Nayyar Associates, trading as Robust Concrete, is one of Australia’s largest and most trusted suppliers of concrete agitator trucks, proudly servicing the construction and infrastructure sector for over 12 years.
