What You'll Be Responsible For
Manage purchase orders and invoice processing through VAMS and SAP Ariba
Coordinate office operations including supplies, catering, and equipment management
Maintain training registers, vehicle records, and various administrative systems
Support senior personnel with document preparation and correspondence
Liaise with customers and suppliers to resolve queries efficiently
Monitor shared inboxes and distribute communications to relevant team members
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the department
What You'll Need To Be Successful
Previous experience in a similar administrative role
Experience using SAP or KRONOS highly advantageous
Excellent organisational and time management skills with a high degree of attention to detail
Ability to work with and positively influence a close knit team
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
