We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee a Western Sydney based industrial portfolio on a parental leave contract from August 2026 to May 2027. This role is ideal for someone confident stepping into an established portfolio and delivering strong outcomes from day one.
Key responsibilities
* Full property management of an industrial portfolio
* Tenant relationship management and issue resolution
* Budgeting, forecasting, outgoings and financial reporting
* Lease management, renewals and coordination with leasing teams
* Working closely with facilities and capital works teams
* Preparing reports and insights for key stakeholders

* Proven experience in industrial property management
* Strong financial capability and attention to detail
* Confident stakeholder and tenant engagement skills
* Ability to operate independently and hit the ground running
