About the Role
This position will spearhead key areas of our business intelligence strategy, providing cross-functional insights and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Reporting & Stakeholder Partnership (40%): Consult with and drive operational efficiencies for client reporting and cross-functional leadership, understand needs, and translate them into business and technical requirements.
* Analytical Design, Report Development and Implementation (40%): Design and implement datasets, metrics, and dashboards to support stakeholder needs, create, maintain, and upgrade existing dashboards and data visualizations, collaborate with Data Management team to create and maintain data quality and governance, and work with data engineering team to prioritize and contribute complex SQL to ELT pipelines.
* Data Insights and Recommendations (20%): Distill insights from cross-functional business exposure into research that informs strategy, create data-driven stories and presentations, and communicate and present insights to key stakeholders to support business goals.

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a strong ability to tell stories using data-driven insights.
* Proficient in written, presentation, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
* Skilled in cross-functional stakeholder management.
* Organized and capable of quickly reprioritizing and renegotiating commitments as priorities shift.
* A self-starter who can drive projects forward with input from various parties.
