You will be a welcoming face of the hotel. You will possess excellent customer service and communication skills, and have a genuine passion for Hospitality.
About the role
Make a memorable first and last impression for our guests. As part of the Front Office department, you will be a key point of contact for guests and help in ensuring their stay is enjoyable.
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
 * Welcome and farewell all guests;
 * Assist guests with queries on places of interest, directions, dining options, transport & local events;
 * Transfer, storage and handling of guest luggage and property;
 * Park and retrieve guest cars as part of the properties valet service.
Skills & Experience
 * A minimum of 1-2 years in a customer service environment
 * Familiarity with Melbourne locations and hotspots
 * Excellent communication and time management skills
 * Positive attitude
 * Previous Opera system knowledge will be highly regarded
 * Full Australian Manual Driver's License
