Reporting to the customer service manager, your role will invoice being the go-to person for the business when it comes to customer care. This could look like:
- Answering the general line as required
- Processing returns as required
- Generating basic excel reporting on customer data
This role is a 12 month fixed term contract, however there will be opportunity to move into other areas of the business long term.
**The Successful Applicant**:
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft suite
- A customer-centric mindset
- Great organisational skills
- The ability to work both as part of a team and independently
- Have a positive attitude that is both a good listener and solutions provider
