About the role
We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales & Marketing to join our team in a full-time hybrid position based in Sydney, NSW. This role includes flexible work-from-home options.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with corporate goals and revenue targets.
Identify and pursue growth opportunities across all industries/customers.
Lead and manage new business development including tender management.
Establish a structured approach to prospecting, pipeline development, proposal/tender writing, and client presentations.
Track sales KPIs, pipeline metrics, and conversion rates to ensure performance and forecast accuracy.
Update monthly rolling revenue forecast and execute strategies to ensure revenue budgets are met.
Marketing & Brand Leadership
Own and evolve the brand strategy to position the company as a trusted EAP partner in a competitive market.
Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, PR) to build brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
Collaborate with the Clinical, Learning and Organisational Development and Clinical Response Teams to develop compelling value propositions and content strategies.
Oversee the design and execution of social media content, marketing automation, CRM, and website enhancements.
Develop a calendar of marketing campaigns aligned with company goals and aligned to key local and global mental health initiatives.
Maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring retention, satisfaction, and upsell opportunities.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums to promote AccessEAP and EAP thought leadership.
Use customer, client and market insights to influence service development and enhancements.
Build, mentor, and motivate a high-performing, cross-functional team.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
Work closely with Executive Leadership, Finance, Clinical Services, Business Technical Services and Operations to ensure positive customer experiences, internal alignment and delivery.
Complete performance reviews, career discussions, development plans and 1:1’s with your direct reports and provide timely feedback.
Required Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or related field.
10+ years of experience in senior B2B sales and marketing roles, ideally within health, wellbeing, HR, or professional services.
Demonstrated success in designing and delivering strategic go-to-market and sales plans.
Experience in managing major accounts and winning tenders or proposals.
Proven ability to build and manage budgets and deliver commercial outcomes.
