We're on the lookout for a Customer Service Team Member who brings energy, initiative, and a customer-first mindset to every task. This is a key role in our business, where you'll play an essential part in ensuring a seamless customer experience from start to finish.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Handling customer enquiries over the phone and via email from all over Australia
* Managing orders, data entry, and general administration tasks in a time-critical environment
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively
* Maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail across all processes
* Learning our full product range to confidently guide and assist customers
* Using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office suite to manage tasks and customer records
* Working both independently and as part of a dynamic, supportive team
About You:
* Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role
* Strong communication and liaison skills – both verbal and written
* Excellent attention to detail and multitasking abilities
* Confident managing time and prioritising tasks effectively
* Proactive attitude and a fast learner
* Highly organised with a natural ability to handle multiple demands
* Tech-savvy – proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM systems (experience with MYOB a bonus)
* A genuine enthusiasm for providing great service and being part of a team
* Comfortable answering a high volume of calls and always ready to assist
