Sandcastle Creative Agency is seeking a client‐focused professional to manage relationships, coordinate projects and help guide the delivery of creative and design‐led work.
This role sits at the centre of our client partnerships and project delivery, ensuring our creative team can focus on producing strong work while communication, coordination and project momentum are handled effectively and efficiently.
It suits someone who enjoys working across multiple disciplines and helping ideas move through to delivery, while building professional relationships and recognising opportunities for new collaborations. Candidates with experience in architecture, interior design or built‐environment projects may find the role particularly interesting, as the work often involves collaborating with designers, consultants and project partners across a range of creative and development‐related projects.
The position may be structured as part‐time or full‐time depending on the applicant.
We are based in the South West of Western Australia. Applications are welcome from candidates based in WA who are comfortable working with regional clients and travelling to the South West when required.
The Role
You will manage client relationships while coordinating projects across creative, marketing and design‐related work.
The role requires someone who enjoys working with people, organising projects and maintaining clear communication between clients, consultants and internal teams.
It may suit someone with experience in agencies, design studios, architecture or development environments who enjoys combining relationship management with project coordination.
Key Responsibilities Client Relationships
* Manage and maintain relationships with agency clients
* Lead meetings and ongoing project conversations
* Ensure clear communication across all projects
* Identify opportunities to extend or grow client partnerships
Business Development
* Participate in new client conversations and project proposals
* Build relationships with potential clients, collaborators and industry partners
* Identify opportunities for new projects and partnerships
* Represent the agency within the regional business and design community
Project Coordination
* Translate client discussions into clear project briefs
* Coordinate timelines, deliverables and workflows
* Work with creatives, consultants and project partners to keep work progressing smoothly
* Maintain project documentation, schedules and communication
Design & Project Support
* Assist with early concept discussions and project planning
* Coordinate consultants and external project partners where required
* Support preparation of presentations and project material
Experience
The role suits someone comfortable managing relationships and coordinating projects within creative or design‐related environments. Experience working on architecture, interior or development‐related projects will be highly regarded.

* Architecture or interior design environments
* Development or multidisciplinary project teams
* Creative or marketing agencies
* Branding or design studios
The role may suit either:
* An experienced account manager or client services professional
* An early‐career architecture / design graduate interested in project coordination and client‐facing work

Experience with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD or similar tools may be useful but is not essential.
