Your role will involve advising on investments and addressing performance issues to drive commercial success.We're looking for a leader who can handle complexity, influence top-level decisions, and provide valuable insights for key business choices.You'll develop financial frameworks, guide investment strategies, and improve financial processes to support our evolving business needs.
Your leadership will help drive operational excellence and collaboration, making finance a key part of Agoda's success.In this Role, you'll get to:Lead the team in developing and executing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processesProvide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management at Agoda and Booking Holdings to support business objectives and growth initiativesOversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standardsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize financial performanceMentor and develop junior members of the FP&A team, fostering a culture of curiosity and deep explorationWhat you'll Need to Succeed:Over 10 years of comprehensive experience, including significant expertise in FP&AMore than 5 years of proven experience in leading and managing teams effectivelyIntellectually strong & curious - a good strategic thinker with good commercial acumen and judgementAbility to quickly adapt to a fast-paced environment and willingness to go above and beyond the defined scopeWillingness to challenge and ability to support and collaborate with senior business partnersExcellent analytical/numerical skills - including strong attention to detail and Excel/financial modeling skillsStrong communication skills - with ability to convey messages in a clear and concise mannerIt's Great if you have:Finance/Corporate Finance/Accounting qualification (e.g.
