A unique opportunity exists for a Hotel Receptionist at the Kimberley Sands Resort, which is nestled amongst the beachside dunes just minutes from the turquoise waters and white sands of famous Cable Beach. The resort in one of WA's most iconic tourist towns is surrounded by the tranquillity of tropical gardens and captures the essence of Broome Western Australia with its stunning design and luxury facilities.

Role And Responsibilities
As a Hotel Receptionist, you will be the face and first point of contact for the Kimberley Sands Resort. In this busy and varied role, you will be utilising your amazing customer service skills to provide our members with the best experience whilst at the front office reception desk. You will be motivated and hardworking with the "can-do attitude" which will see you thrive in the role.
Day to day your key responsibilities will include the checking in and checking out of guests, responding to all guest questions and requests, processing payments, maintaining records, answering incoming enquiries, assisting gusets with local information and working closely with other departments within the Kimberley Sands Resort.
What We Are Looking For
* A person with demonstrated minimum 2 + years' experience in a Front Office / Hotel reception role.
* A person who desires to deliver a high level of customer service
* An excellent administrator with exceptional organisational skills
* A person with excellent communication skills with an eye for detail
* A team player who maintains a positive attitude and friendly demeanour whilst working under pressure
* A person with excellent availability which includes working evenings and weekends/school holidays and the flexibility to work across a 7 – day rotating roster.
* An Australian citizen or person with full rights to work and live in Australia.
