About the Role
As an Administration Trainee, you'll work closely with our team to support day-to-day operations and develop practical office skills. Your responsibilities will include:
* Processing paper purchase orders (POs)
* Maintaining licence updates and training registers
* Assisting with service report processing
* Matching invoices and entering approvals into MYOB
* Monitoring and managing the Admin email inbox
* Ordering and tracking stationery and kitchen supplies
* Ensuring kitchens and print areas are stocked and tidy
* Coordinating uniform and PPE management

We're looking for someone who is:

* Organised with strong attention to detail
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
