About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and commercially astute General Manager - Sales to lead our southern region Mining, Energy & Construction (MEC) client sector, based in Perth. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for shaping and executing our go-to-market strategy, deepening client relationships, and delivering sustainable revenue & margin growth across a portfolio of strategic accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a sales team to exceed growth targets across the MEC sector.
- Develop and execute sector-specific sales strategies aligned with broader business objectives.
- Build trusted relationships with C-suite stakeholders across major mining, energy, and construction clients.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product & technology, global networks, service, and delivery teams to ensure client success.
- Drive pipeline development, deal velocity, reliable and predictable sales performance.
- Represent the company at industry events, forums, and executive engagements.
About You
- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role supporting the Mining, Energy, or Construction sectors.
- Strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering complex, high-value deals.
- Exceptional leadership and team development capabilities.
- Deep understanding of the WA market and an established network with key industry decision makers.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-driven approach.
