Read on.Here’s a taste of what you can expect in the role:Develop venue leaders in your portfolio to build capability in the businessLead venue teams to adopt a guest first approach to offer an authentic and local guest experiencePassionate about creating great pub experiences and can instil this focus in teamsEducate and coach venues on the business strategy, empowering them to take initiative and contribute to the delivery of the strategy in their venue.Lead venue teams to take accountability for the financial performance of their venues, maximising sales and profitability, and taking action for improved resultsActively demonstrate safety leadership, ensuring workplace health and safety requirements are understood and adhered to by teams.Ensure venues fully comply with all statutory legislation, accreditations and workplace policies such as liquor licensing, gaming legislation, industrial awards, food safety program, smoking, OHS and trade practices.Frequent intrastate travel is required.What do we need from youNow let’s talk about you:Experience in leading multi-site hospitality operations across a broad range of communitiesExperience across all areas of the business - bars, food, accommodation, gaming, entertainmentStrong business acumen and understanding of commercial fundamentals, including leveraging guest data and insightsStrong influencing, stakeholder relationship and communication skillsEligible to meet State licensing requirements (includes a probity check)The benefits are good too!An exclusive discount card for our ALH Hotels pubs & accommodation, BWS, Dan Murphy’s and other Endeavour Group brands.
