The Opportunity
Reporting to the Regional General Manager, you'll lead the operational performance of a portfolio of Care Communities. You'll coach and empower General Managers, cultivate strong culture, drive clinical and commercial outcomes, and ensure our residents receive consistently high‑quality care.
This role is ideal for either:
* an experienced aged care leader ready to step into multi‑site accountability, or
* a seasoned multi‑site operator wanting to contribute to a purpose‑led, high‑growth sector.
